When will my In-Stock item ship?
Order contains in-stock items will be shipped/passed to the courier within 2-4 business days after the order is placed. (Note that public holidays, Saturday and Sunday are our non-business days.)
Once your order is passed to the courier, the tracking status might get updated within 3-5 days, which highly depends on the time that the shipment barcode is scanned by the courier.

When will the product of the installment plan ship?
The shipment of products under the installment plan will only be shipped/passed to the courier 7 business days after the completion of both the installment plan and the shipping fee.

When will my pre-order ship?
Once we have a firm ETA, you will receive an arrival notice via e-mail (usually 10 – 20 days in advance from when we expect to receive the item). We send an additional processing notice via e-mail (usually 2-4 days in advance from when we expect to process your payment) which lists the balance due and the date we expect to process the remaining balance and ship the piece. If you opted for a flexible installment plan, the item will ship once your last payment and shipping fee are successfully processed.
Will I be notified if my item is delayed/is arriving sooner?
Yes. We send e-mail notifications when there is a change in the estimated arrival date.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. The tracking number will be sent after your order is placed. The shipment will be processed afterward.
